Project Appleseed

First Winterseed in Missoula!  Eight brave souls showed up Saturday morning to a temperature of 25 degrees and 10-15 mile an hour winds with snow on the ground.
All participants had attended previous Appleseeds with some even being Riflemen.  Spirits were high and the weather did not hamper all from having a great time and showing great camaraderie with their fellow shooters.  They all pulled together when the Shoot Boss had to depart due to notification of Covid exposure and helped their SBiT 2 and orange hats run a safe and fun shoot.  Moods didn't even dampen when the range, due to a lack of communication, closed the bathrooms on them!
Sunday dawned cold with no wind.  Snow was falling by time the third AQT was being shot.
Congratulations to Jess and Barry for becoming Winter Riflemen and Kjell, Ravi and Mike for making Distinguished Winter Rifleman.  I see a group of budding red hats!
