Project Appleseed

12 PSA employees braved the threat of rain to join us at the Clinton House Plantation range.

After introductions, CorgiMom started the day's history lesson with the First Strike.

Scoring the first red coat targets indicated there was some work to be done. Instructors from AL, FL, GA, SC, and TN turned on the firehose of instruction and the shooters soaked it all in. After making some equipment adjustments, the marksmanship continued to improve. Even the intermittent rain throughout the day did not slow this group down.

Maximum Ordinate kept the shooters at the edge of their seats during the Second Strike and Google finished out the day's history by telling of the Third Strike.

Scoring the day's final red coat target showed great improvements in the attendee's marksmanship.

Many thanks to the men and women that took the time to come to attend this event, and to the management of Palmetto State Armory that helped make this event possible.

Sounds like the beginning of a beautiful relationship.

Another awesome Appleseed event.  I haven't been to a bad one yet, so I'm struggling to find new ways to say these are a great way to spend a weekend.  Even in the rain, it was so much fun. These guys had a lot of cool equipment.  I've never seen an AK at an Appleseed before.  I hope we have more in SC soon.  It was a nice range and great group of shooters and instructors.

A weekend well spent. The PSA family is a fine group of folks. Everyone had a great time, including the instructors. The range was awesome, the weather not so much. It was nice to meet some new instructors and great to see everyone. I have never attended an event where I didn't learn something and this weekend was no exception. Cleveland did a fantastic job with a great deal being accomplished in one day. Thanks to all that attended and we hope to see you back soon.
