Project Appleseed

What a great weekend. Wild temperature swings from 26 degrees to the lower 70's on day 1  day 2 felt so much colder but our 10 shooters showed up with no whining or complaining. Over the course of the weekend these young patriots learned all about American history, heritage, and marksmanship.  throughout the weekend we had a total of 6 AQT's and 1 Rimfire KD after lunch on day 2. With 1 new student qualifying rifleman on the KD! Our youngest shooter on the line scored above 210 multiple times from a bagged position and has made it clear to her father that she needs a rifle of her own to take it to the next level. and a returning appleseed student showed up on day 2 with a pair of glorious black powder rifles and a AQT winning attitude. reearning his rifleman and distinguished patch. his top score was 248 just 2 points shy of that sweet sweet 250. After day 1 was over We had a small pistol Qual where are new IIT qualified as a Pistoleer™. Overall It was a truly great weekend, post pictures if you got them. Id Like to thank my amazing group of instructors who really made this weekend work.
