What a great Friday-Saturday event we had in Converse, TX near San Antonio! Had a sold out line, and it was crowded, but fun! Friday was a little warm and we had a lot of rifles to tweak, but we got through all of the instruction. Had to hold off on AQTs until Saturday.

Saturday started out challenging with a line of strong thunderstorms rolling through late morning. So we adapted and overcame by getting the red coat in, getting rifles off the line, knocking out all of the strikes, hitting dangerous old men, and capping it with known distance instruction. We even shoved in an EARLY lunch while we waited. Pretty strong line of storms, but beautiful (but windy) day after that!

FINALLY, we got the rifles back on the line at about 11:30 am or so and knocked out nine (yes, I said NINE) AQTs before ending the day with another red coat!

We had three gentlemen KNOCKING at the door for Rifleman, but just missed (DANG IT!). Albert, Lou, and Greg were sooooo close! Greg's son, Tyler (in an attached pic), did a great job as well and improved greatly! Once we tweaked all of the rifles, everyone's groups improved.

Thanks all for a great two days! All said they would definitely return, and hopefully they'll bring someone with them! You all rocked it!
