I can recall clearly the day he "crushed me" with that very saying. I was telling him, about 2008, how hard I was "working" and he assured me that meant exactly nothing. "PHenry, this is a results-based org - only hits count - only results matter".

Took me near 20 minutes to stop sulking and suck it up to realize he was spot-on correct. He called me an hour or so later to say that perhaps he hadn't explained himself perfectly, but by then, I needed no further explanation - only more resutls.

I dare any crew to exceed the results of the IDMR! I triple-dog dare ya!  ^-^
