Lanny Bassham's advice from "Mental Management for the Shooting Sports."

"Everytime you think about your score, when you are shooting, you are making an error. The time to think about your score is when your finished."

FOCUS

This also applies to AQTs. Don't think about score while you are shooting. Focus  on making good shots, one at a time.
