Does anyone  know of a company that would be able to thread my 10/22 LTR barrel and retain/reattach the front sight? I'd like to use it as a suppressor host and still use it as an LTR  :sos:

Several smiths on ebay offer threading service for between 120-135$ that keep the front sight. They also have adapters to slip over the barrel end to accomplish the same thing cost is between 25-40$.

Check with Que.  While I've not had him to a thread & setback for me, I've been quite happy with his other machine work.

You can find other reviews of his work at RFC, Rimfireshooting & AR15.com.  He's quite economical compared to some of the bigger machine shops.  He does this in his off hours and loves the 22 platform.

Thanks Rusty. Que was mentioned on my local forum too.

Does Que do chamber work also?

Quieter and more accurate plus plus.
Last evening, it occurred to me that when a defender of Liberty is called home, their load lands upon the shoulders of the defenders left behind. Just as the Founders did their duty for Liberty, every subsequent generation must continue their work lest Liberty perish. As there is no way for the remaining adults to take on the work of those that die, we must pass the ideals and duties on to the children. -PHenery

Yes sir, he does.  I was happy with the barrels he rechambered for me.  Once the barrel is rechambered, the notch for the barrel retainer needs to be shimmed up.  He attaches a permanent shim into that notch.  I torque to 22-25 inch-pounds and haven't had a problem with that shim coming loose.

Que lives in my home town... so I meet him at the local Walmart parking lot to get stuff done.  Quick turn-around time.

BTW Tech Sughts has a adapter for the .920 barrel that allows you to use the dovetail sights. It attaches with two set screws.
