Short answer, no Appleseeds in Eureka KS.
Next shoot close to there, that I know of is Tusla, April 20,21.
Also, Pittsburg KS, April 20,21.

Ben Fox is not in Appleseed anymore.  Him and most of the old Kansas guys are doing USRA now.  I have no idea if USRA is doing anything at Eureka.  As far as I know, there hadn't even been an Appleseed there for years.  I love the place though -- it is where I cut my teeth as an orange hat back in '09.  You won't find a nicer guy than the man who owns the place.  He was in bad health back when I was there... I hope he is doing OK.  One time, he overheard me saying to someone in passing that I had always wanted to shoot a K31.  He hops in his jeep and drives up to the house, and next thing you know he is walking onto the firing line with a K31 and a battle pack of ammo!  What a guy!
"Of liberty I would say that, in the whole plenitude of its extent, it is unobstructed action according to our will. But rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law,' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the right of an individual."
-- Thomas Jefferson to Isaac H. Tiffany, 1819

Hi folks! Derek Rand is coordinating the Appleseed in Pittsburg April 20 & 21 but has had some kind of computer problem preventing him from accessing the forum. We look forward to having any and all comers in Pittsburg.
