If an M1A is now considered ammo, I guess I need more. I didn't really think it was expendable. ;)

Survey asked me: .22, 9mm, M1A, 20ga, 12ga.  But results are for .22, 9mm, 30-06, .308, .30 carbine, .223/5.56

I voted for M1A (30-06), and given what the results are for, I still would have picked 30-06. 
But I could use more in all of the calibers listed.

The M1A shoots .308 Winchester not .30-06. I think you're thinking of the M1 Garand.

Given the sorry state of the ammo supplies now on the shelves I'm not all that picky anymore.  I used to pick my ammo based on the gun I'm shooting, presently I'm picking my gun based on the availability of the ammo  :---

Edheler, you are quite correct.  Must have been a tired moment.  So, not to be biased, I could use more of both .308 (7.62x51) and 30-06.

It is sooo really hard to pick just one  .308 was my choice but I could use .30 carbine and 06 as well.
