Project Appleseed

How do I join the RWVA?  I attended the Appleseed shoot in August, and now I want to purchase a CMP M1 Garand and take it to a shoot in 2013. 
I signned up for a shoot in St. George last year and received my RWVA card but it expired.  Can you help me with information? Or how to become a RWVA member again?
Any shoots in Price UT for 2013?  That would be closer to home for me, I still want my RIFLEMANS patch..
