Twelve shooters on the line today at Boulder MT.
One was bested by pain at noon, but enjoyed the marksmanship info and history.
Two new Riflemen both second time appleseeders, HUZZAH Greg and Bob!
During the standing portion of the AQT, a young man was shaking in a strange manner, fearing a seizure, I quickly moved toward him, and saw a peice of brass fall from inside his shirt.
VERY GOOD MUZZLE CONTROL, Thomas

What a great group of shooters at Boulder.
Very few equipment problems, and six, of 12 had prior appleseed shoots.
Sunday the shooter numbers were 10, with six having attended previous appleseeds.
Four new riflemen, One, and the only prior rifleman on the line requalified.
HUZZAH! Greg, Bob, Chad, Eric, and Vaughn. HUZZAH! HUZZAAAUUUHHH!
Saturday we had a Brown bess demo. I wanted a clean peice of cardboard to so shooters could see the big hole left from the 71 caliber balls. None were avalible, since a rifleman persits. I hung a t-shirt over the target stand, Rick and I got hits but the others could not over come the massive trigger pull and flint lock action to get hits at 25 yards.
Rick worked on the trigger Sat. night.
On sunday the t-shirt was re hung on the target stand at 11 yards, every shooter made a hit and signed his bullet hole.
The shirt has now entered the wardrobe and will be worn at future shoots.

Sounds like a great weekend.  I wish we could have been there, but Blackfoot is waaaayyyyyyyyyyy closer.  We want to see a picture of you modeling the shirt.

There are some pictuers out there, hopefully some will appear here soon. This bunch of shooters were not taking any prisoners.
Are you comming to Three Forks Jen?

Target Line, the picture is in focus.  That haze is smoke from surrounding forest fires.

Ready Line.

We would like to, but with CDA coming up I don't think we can swing it.  Getting time off of work can be challenging.  Three Forks in the spring would be awesome.  C/ya Jen
