Flagrantly stealing the SB's thunder here.....

Number6 was repeatedly thrown under the bus yesterday at our Friday/Saturday homeschoolerseed at Lapeer.  Swamp Thing reports he "passed with flying colors" and the Red Hat will be presented to him shortly.  He is definitely a man who knows very much what he is about.

Please join me in congratulating number6.  HUZZAH!!!!!    ^:)^   ..:..

I can report that swampy made him work for it. He had him do most of the POIs today as well.  Number 6 was up for the challenge and now proudly wears the crimson dome of a full instructor. Official photos will be up on the IAAR as soon as Swampy gets around to it.

Congrats #6!  I'm happy to have known you as "just a shooter" and then a fellow Orange Hat, respected you for your wisdom and direction, and now am honored to serve with you as a Red Hat.  Congratulations and welcome to the fold, sir!

What did you want a picture of?

Number6 just after he got the hat?

Number6 still getting down AFTER he got the hat?

Number6 still looking for that next rifleman?

Or maybe you wanted a couple of pics of the demise of a orange hat?

OR did you just want a random picture?

Here is what 1lb of Brown Bess Musket balls looks like:

Congrats my friend. It was well deserved and well earned.

Note to self, only sign up to shoot boss events where someone is testing for a red hat. Shoot boss sits in the drivers seat while Number 6 actually drives the bus from underneath.  >:D

Now get back to work.  ~~:)

Congrats again. Great job!

Time does not alter the nature and quality of either." ~ Thomas Paine
