I noticed in the SGN that Nodak Spud now has rear sights for the 10-22 similar to the Tech Sights, but it has a Picatinny rail in front, too, so you can co-witness with a red dot. They are out of stock, but here is the link: http://www.nodakspud.com/index.htm

I really wish they had a bit more information on their website about the sights. The most important is how many clicks per MOA they are.

They are supposed to have very good customer service, from what I have heard. So, you'd probably be able to get some more information by emailing them. But yeah, their website is very lacking.

I have shot a friends rifle with these sights and they are nice. For me, they provide a little better sight picture than the tech-sights, particularly the over the TS200, which the rear aperture tends to oblong vertically.

Part of it may have to his rifle having a 20" barrel, but overall I just liked them. I ordered two sets myself and have changed out the rear sight to accept a flip aperture that accepts threads, so I can put a hood and a lens in it. My eyes are starting to fail me and I have trouble keeping the front sight focused, so a smaller aperture and a corrective lens is like a whole new world.  The front post is an AK style (which I didn't think I'd like) but it's not bad at all. Even though I've had it for months now, I haven't got a chance to shoot mine yet, but it is a nice, nice sight picture.

The rear sight is an A1 style, click values will vary depending on your barrel length. If I remember correctly it was about 1 moa with the rifle I tried out. I really wish they would have gone with an A2 style instead. They probably would have had to leave out the elevation adjustment, but as far as windage, that would have given us a lot more flexibility regarding the click values, since you can order the pieces to make it 1, 1/2, 1/4 moa, etc. and can adjust it without a tool.

The sights don't come with instructions that I remember. If there was any, they were pretty sparse. You don't have a lot of windage adjustment, so you have to get that front sight set in there pretty straight.

A1 and A2 windage mechanics don't appear to be dissimilar.  I don't know that they're 100% interchangeable - But I do know you can get at least a similar knob that replaces the standard wheel.  I've got one -  I think it was a DPMS clearance item.  Picked it up for the SKS MBR I was workin' on, then I got a real MBR before I ever used it - So I can't comment on how well it worked.

Yes, DPMS does make a windage knob that will work on the A1 sights.

I thought that parts would likely be interchangeable between the A1 and A2, but was surprised when I took it apart and tried to put A2 pieces on the A1. The A1 is actually a little narrower than the A2, so the screws that go through them are different lengths and the shoulder on the head of the screw is slightly different as well. On the A1 the windage detent is in the base of the sight and on the A2, the detent is in the knob.  I did find out however than the WOA 1/2 rear sight will thread on the A1 screw which allowed me to put the hood on it.

I actually took some pictures during the process a couple of months back and sent them to Nodak for suggested improvements. They didn't seem interested, but hey, it was worth a shot. It's still a really good sight the way it is.
