To Whom It May Concern:

I have been on your website this morning for the 2012 Norman Oklahoma
Appleseed Information & I noticed that our hotel is listed on your website
as one of the locations for sleeping rooms. That is fantastic, as I have
been trying to get to know anyone with the Tri City Gun Club so that we
could possibly host one of their events.

The reason I am contacting you is: Oct 19th & 20th 2012 will be a home game
weekend & OU will be playing Kansas. I wanted to inform you that you might
want to inform your guests that they might want to make their reservations
as quick as possible, as the town of Norman has been known to sell out of
any & all hotel rooms that are anywhere close to OU.
