I put a set of Tech Sites on a Mossberg Plinkster.
How do you get the tear sight locked down?
It looks like some kind of spanner wrench would do it maybe?

You need to buy the adjusting tool:

Item #TS211 - Sight Tool for Adjusting TS220

     * Detent tip for adjusting front post on the Ruger TSR100 & TSR200.
     * Windage Drum detent key.
     * Spanner Wrench for Elevation Adjustable Aperture Dial on all 200
      Model Tech-Sights.

The web site lists them for $5.00.

I actually did buy the tool thinking that was what I needed.

It turns out that the bolt in my kit was too long and going all the way through the nut.  Supposed to be able to lock it down using a screwdriver.
They are sending me a new one.

Following up on this.
They went way above and beyond fixing this for me.
Answered customer support email on a Saturday,
Sent me new parts very quickly and a postage paid envelope to return the bad parts.
