 I saw it yesterday. Very compelling reason to wear safety equipment.

There's several reasons that could cause that. But the end result could be the same.

I had an OOB discharge once on a .22 upper to an AR-15.  No damage to the rifle or me but you don't quite look at things the same for a while after......
