Bill Winkle received his Red Hat this weekend at our Bellevue event.   He did an awesome Third Strike as icing on the cake.  Please help me congratulate our newest RWVA Instructor.  Huzzah!!!!    ^:)^

Huzzah! Whenever I looked at you at an Appleseed I always saw a red hat on your head. This just confirms what I already knew. You're gonna be the best ever. I better start studying up so I can keep up with you.  ^:)^
