I recently acquired an Olongapo Outfitters M1 Clip holder for my Garand. Thanks to NMMI9100 for this product heads up!
It holds 2 en-bloc M1 Garand clips.
We ran it thru the paces at the last Rifleman's Boot Camp  at the NRA's Whittington Center in Raton, New Mexico.
It is simple and effective and is now a part of my Garand. Most people will immediately want one for their Garands.
They run about $25 FRN's and are vastly more useful than the worthless cash in your pocket needed to purchase one. Brownell's has em' here:

The install took less than 5 minutes after the rifle was separated from the stock.
The good news is that it fits over a standard cheek piece.
It does not affect your cheek weld either.
You don't even have to break your cheek weld or take your eyes off the target as you reach back, unflap it, pull it out and insert the clip in the rifle. How cool is that!
It does take a bit of practice to be smooth, but that is easily mastered.

When combined with a bayonet and a 10 clip bando, it makes for a formidable grab n' go package.

Olongapo offers MANY other pouches as well as a 12 clip grab and go thats also a bag. i have that as well as the cheek piece pouch. 14 clips of ammo and a small stash of goodies inside the bag makes a VERY nice package. they make GOOD stuff. like a modern Riflemans possibles bag.
