Project Appleseed

I am always impressed with the people I meet at Appleseed.  I wonder if it ever becomes ordinary to meet such extraordinary people.
That said we had a successful weekend.
I want to thank all of the IIT's that came out this weekend and made by job easy.

I could not wish for a better group.  You guys handled this shoot like pros.  
Dale, my sincere thanks for coming up and working with us.  It was a pleasure to meet you and I hope we will work together again soon.  Congratulations on the new range in OK.
4bfox was working as SBIT and did great.  He told all 3 strikes.  Great job Ben.
GPBBiker,  Ksuguy,  DALESP:  I never needed to direct them.  They knew what to do and did it.
They were right there on the mat with the students, helping and encouraging them.
Everyone ran the line at some point and gave a top performance.
We had two people shoot Riflemen scores.  Congratulations Danny and Scott on earning their patch.
We had several people shooting in the 180-199 range.  
The biggest improvement we saw came from Tina.   As a first time shooter(not just first time AS) she struggled through some equipment issues and was getting frustrated.  But she never gave up.  We corrected a few things and found a rifle that fit her.  She ended the day with a 184.  Way to go Tina!  You will be shooting expert in no time.
Please take some time and post you own experience.  I know several of you took pics.  Please post them when you can.

I forgot to mention that KSUGUY did DOM/DOW.  Great Job.

Echo all that....all the IITs were great, definitely getting there. Also helps immensely that we have a GREAT Shoot Boss/State Coordinator!

Tina really stood out....very determined, listened to instruction...HUGE gains made on Sunday. As Paul said, several other shooters were getting close...hang in there, you'll make it.
