This may be the last of the surplus .30cal ammo on the market. Time to stockpile if you shoot this caliber. There is rumored to be one more shipment coming from the caves of Greece. This is great ammo to reload,it has very little crimp on the primer unlike USGI ammo.   .30cal = 30.06    .30cal is a WWII Term

Unfortunately, it has doubled in price and is now $.50 per round, and it is once again cheaper to shoot 7.62x51!  Luckily, I still have a couple thousand rounds stockpiled from my last CMP trip, and it is going to get used sparingly now.
"Of liberty I would say that, in the whole plenitude of its extent, it is unobstructed action according to our will. But rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law,' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the right of an individual."
-- Thomas Jefferson to Isaac H. Tiffany, 1819
