Please see http://poststar.com/sports/columns/anything-active/ for an article in the Glens Falls Post Star from our May 15 & 16 Appleseed at Dunham's Bay F&G in Lake George.

THREE very positive articles appearing in print (4/23 Washington Post, Backwoods Ayoob article, and now the Glens Falls Post Star [am not counting "Guns" article because it's in, well, "Guns..."] today)...MUST be some kind of Appleseed record, and also must form the foundation of the Appleseed Museum Press Archives...
What's that...we don't have...well, in ten years, we WILL have an archive, and, I suspect, a Museum that will look back at this formative era of Appleseed with nostalgic humor, for the good-old-days before there were weekly Appleseeds everywhere...
   Just saying...

Full disclosure:  worked the Lake George AS, managing to avoid both appearance on camera (sorry, AnotherDOM and Josey) and in print (sorry, Buzz). First Sgt Mark and I are neither photogenic nor newsworthy...lucky us.
"Aim for a high mark and you will hit it.  No, not the first time, nor the second, and maybe not the third. But keep on aiming and keep on shooting,
for only practice will make you perfect.
Finally, you will hit the bulls-eye of success."

My favorite quote from the reporter............

"Several instructors, who pride themselves in educating Americans about firearms, as well as the range's president, had insisted I participate...."

Great job by all.
"It's very hard to engineer another countries liberation...people have to liberate themselves. Unfortunately in history, many people get killed..."

Correct, Ed.  We didn't exactly give her much choice; if she was going to write about the event, she should experience at least part of it (she did miss any history presentations).  She did extremely well for a total neophyte, as her Redcoat shows...
She also did a very nice job of interacting with the various shooters...and I know Buzz, ADOM, and I all sent her volumes of
additional information about the program.
Hopefully, she'll want to attend another full Appleseed weekend - we told her about New Bremen and Bennington in June,
and Saraspa in September.
We do seem to be on an incredible roll regarding positive press...and upstate NY range development...more coming!
