You know you can be proud of your parenting skills when your 16 year old daughter is in US History class and they are discussing the battle of Lexington.........The teacher says we don't know who fired the first shot and your daughter says......."We have a pretty good idea, and proceeds to explain that Col Parkers militia was disbursing for one and besides, the Americans were riflemen, if they had fired there would have been some dead regulars." The teacher stops for a second and is surprised, then shrugs and says "I guess that's possible"
I am told that under her breath she said to herself......."I shot a couple 200's at the Appleseed last week and next time I'll be a rifleman my ownself." LOL
