Your first task is to go to this: https://appleseedinfo.org/tips/sign-up-shoot-state.php?qstate=TX&statename=Texas and sign up for any shoots you can.
I'll catch you in the evening to show you around the site and how to proceed with your steps to earning your red hat.
Welcome KProctor! I look forward to seeing you on the "trail"!

Thanks for the welcome everyone, I'm excited to be here I'm signed up to help out with the July Waco shoot so please let me know how I can be of assistance.
Yes! You'll be a GREAT instructor and events are held all across the country. As your new role as a Border Patrol Agent solidifies, look for an event every other month or so. Stay in your lane and when the time is tight, all will fall into place! Thank you for serving our country with BP and Appleseed!

Welcome to the cadre!
I too am rather new to this having only worked one clinic so far. Second one will be in two weeks. Here's a little something to know for your first clinic: 1-Make sure you have a clipboard. 2-Print the POI and attach it to the clip board. 3- At the clinic, and using the POI as a script, know very well when you have a role to play and be setting up for it a few minutes early. Learn about the time monkey and how you can help keep it at bay!
You are in great company.
