Title: Looking for Eastern Tennessee Ranges
Post by: Grumpy1 on December 08, 2018, 02:33:01 PM
Hello All,

I'm considering relocating to Eastern Tennessee, in The not too distant future.  Looking to see if there are any 300-600 yard ranges,(public or clubs). between Knoxville and Chattanooga? I don't mind driving.
Any help would be appreciated :F

Check out this one in Spencer, TN.  They are working on a 1000 yard range with electronic targets.  There has been one 25m event there and at least a couple of instructors are members.

You will find yourself among several Appleseed brethren in the Chattanooga/Knoxville region.  O0

You'd be more than welcome in the Tennessee Valley.  Lots of fertile ground to 'Seed here.    :)

And if you can find a little more time on your hands, you will be welcome back at Puryear.

Pelham isn't too far from Chattanooga.

And Chattanooga has a 300-500 yard range (but the 500 yard range can only be used for competitions)

Mt Top range is very user friendly and it is only $10 to shoot for the day.  They have a rifle range (read empty field) that allows targets to be set out to just over 400 yards.
