Multi time student and unofficial volunteer ShiguChan, stepped forward at the Annapolis Feb 2014 shoot, to take make it official and take the Orange Hat.. NOW we just have to get her thru the process to reach Shoot Boss in time for the Ladyseeds (two of em!) coming up later this year!
