CT Appleseeders --
I'm sure you've all by now heard that crak is taking a leave of absence from the program. crak's skill as an instructor and his abilities as Regional Coordinator will be keenly missed. Luckily, someone stepped up right away to fill the vacuum.
Effective immediately, VietVet will be Northeast Regional Coordinator. Rich has been a very active member of the NY crew and a Calverton fixture. As I recall, Rich was an instructor at my very first Appleseed in November 2009 at HGC, so he's been around for quite a while. Those of you who've been lucky enough to work with Rich now that he's a great instructor with excellent organizational skills, not to mention being an all-around great guy, and therefore a perfect fit for the RC role.
I'm looking forward to working with Rich this year. Hopefully we'll get a chance to see him at some CT shoots. Please join me in wishing Rich all the best in his new role, and thanking him for stepping up to fill some mighty big shoes.
