BF,

We (me and wife, forum name Dicey) are trying to cover Ashland, Gordon, Rice Lake (I thought this was on the schedule) and Hayward (paperwork sent to D-Fly last week). Could use some more tri-folds (and displays?) if available.

I went my outdoor range (McMiller Sports Center http://www.mcmillershootingcenter.com/) in Eagle WI,  I was talking to the management there about having a shoot there.  They said they would have to clear it with DNR, since they own the range, but they didnt seem to keen on shutting down a part of their range for the weekend.  They will let me post fliers in their clubhouse for other nearby events though (once I get some materials, I will post them at that range and surrounding shops).  I did run into a group of 7+ guys out for a "Guys weekend" and gave them the website, let them have a couple of the AQT targets, and told em about the program.  We should see them on the line at some point, they seemed interested.  8)

Hello folks, We seem to have hit a wall, so to speak  :wb: . I know you are all out there working hard on filling the lines, but we don't seem to be getting our fellow Americans to get off the couch like we would like  :sos: . For some reason, at least in my experience, I seem to push folks until they finally go to an Appleseed, or they avoid me like the plague  :wall: . Alot of persistance on my part, but they need to hear the story one way or another. I have yet to drag someone kicking and screaming, but I see that in my future soon  ;)

We need to get as many folks to hear the real story of our founding heritage ASAP. I believe Libraryseeds, now known as Libertyseeds are an easy way to do this. How much easier can it get. So get to your local Library and tell the Librarian what we have to offer. The story of the most important part of AMERICAN HISTORY, the events of April 19 1775. All we need is a room, a couple hours on a week night and RWVA will take care of the rest. We get a chance to tell the story and promote Appleseed. What could be easier than that. I ask you what is the most important part of Appleseed? I'll give you a hint, its not the shooting. We want all Americans to hear this story, and the rest is up to them.

All I ask is that while you are out there promoting Appleseed you start working on getting some LibertySeeds set up. Get to those local libraries, I think you will find it rewarding and you get to be an even bigger part of the local community. Telling the story on a week night what could be better  :) . One or two a month will be easy, and if we all work on this, thousands will hear the story instead of just a few hundred. Heck with about 30 of us broke up into 3 man teams, if we did 1 a month thats 10 LibertySeeds a month, 2 a month 20, and 3 a month 30. With an average attendance of 15  thats  450 Americans per month that get to hear the story. Add that to Appleseed events and WOW . Thats just a start  ;) .

So lets get to work  ~~:)  Your country is waiting  :~  Lets not wait, until its to late.

BTW We have our first LibertySeed on the Schedule; Wednesday June 8 at 6pm. at the Lodi Women's Club Public Library Lodi WI . Thanks to LadyVetch for getting this set up  O0
Your all invited to this event. Colycat, LadyVetch and D-fly will be telling the story.

Thanks for all your help,
D-fly Keeping the Faith

I did a search on WI armed forces recruiting and got 417 locations. Many were duplicates but as an example there were three different locations in Ashland. We'll be adding them to our upcoming flyer distribution itinerary.
