Here are the notes from Saturday's "Instructor Dinner" and brainstorming, etc., on Sunday. I'll post more and/or modify this as we make changes.
* Stickers - We need stickers!!!!
* SWAG - Need pens, bags, wristbands, waterbottles, etc., to pass out. Also good for newsletter sign up "rewards" or raffles.
* BLING! - Need something to catch the eye of attendees, be that a video, pictures, banners, etc.
* Video/Pictures - Need electric in the booth and some type of display options, either official AS video or picture loop from events.
* Mona Lisa handouts - Print schedule on back so there's some information on them and not just a picture and website.
* Mona Lisa Banner - A++++! Need one for Ohio. Also need a good way to transport it and set it up.
* Rifles - Need a better and/or more visible display option. Perhaps a stand or rack along the side of the booth.
* Dummy Rifles - Need better dummy rifles up front. Could also use for "mock line" and safety rules = sticker promotions.
* Junior Shooter Mock AS - Would work well with a less busy event. Would need dummy LTRs, mats, etc.
* Regional Map w/ schedule - Need something more professional done, bigger and permanent. Perhaps even elevated on an easel with arrows/pins/strings to each location and event.
* Booth Layout - may need customized for each event and number of attendees. More room for mock line, pull tables back for busy days, etc.
* Candy Dish - A dish full of candy can't hurt!
* Quiz - Have a short quiz for them to take and enter for a chance to win a free item. Entry would also auto-enroll for newsletter.
* $500 M-1 Garand - Works.
* 500 yards with no scope - Works.
* Inter-exhibitor relationships - Need to work on other exhibitors throughout the event.
* Mutual promotions - Try to be featured on other exhibitors' tables, info, websites, etc. Message sent for clarification.
* Rifleman Guarantee Card - Message sent for clarification.
* Free for women and kids - Message sent for clarification.
