We have a shoot scheduled for April 17-18 at Broken Bow!! We need volunteers to work. IIT's this is a good shoot to work. Lets get out there!
Keep your eyes open for Grand Island also. We are just waiting for them to decide on some dates
Nice work Gibbs. I just signed up to SB the shoot. IITs, Like Gibbs said, get signed up (by PMing Instructor Scheduling and Nickle) so I can schedule you to teach the POIs you need to advance to the next IIT level!

Looking forward to it crak! What was the target line situation last time? Did we have to bring t-posts/bailing wire/cardboard or were there target stands? You have any intel from the last shoot that would make this next one easier?
I brought nothing except AQTs and chamber flags. There were already stands there that came in and out on a pickup truck. Talk to Matt (gibbs) about the setup. You can shoot at 25 and 200 with the same firing line so bring some stuff to put up at 200. Late Sunday afternoon we cleared out and went uphill to take on some steel at 500.
That crowd can shoot!

I in fact had three of different sorts that lasted me until Kansas City!

Man, sounds like Nebraska's lucky to have Gibbs and Necede. I'm looking forward to a great year of Appleseeding here in the Husker state! O0

HatchetJack - to sign up, I think you first need to send a message to Nickle letting him know that you have taken an Orange Hat as an IIT and then send a message to the user "Instructor Scheduling" saying that you (and also give them your brother's forum name) want to IIT the April 17 Broken Bow, NE shoot. That should do it. Looking forward to seeing you and your brother in April!
Also, any IITs who need an Orange Hat need to let me know so I can request them and bring them with me to the shoot.

You might bring a few with you to Broken Bow. They have a few guys that would be excellent instructors. I've been hinting to one of them since the last shoot. I hope he will accept one this year.
