Safety Notice:

Rifles must be cased and left in vehicle until after the Safety Briefing. Do Not bring your firearms out until instructed to bring them to the firing line. No loaded firearms on the range unless on the firing line and load command has been given. Eye and ear protection required. No illegal firearms are allowed. Some ranges are .22 rimfire only. At ranges that allow centerfire no rifle cartridges over 8mm cal are allowed.

Range Fee: $10 per person per day

Camping Available: Primitive camping available on site.

Directions:

From Central City, Iowa
Drive east on Sawyer Road approximately 4.6 miles
Turn right and head south on Prairieburg Road for approximately 4.8 miles
(Note - Prairieburg Road becomes Buffalo Ridge Road at about 2.7 miles)
Turn right onto Hark Road and travel approximately .5 miles
Turn left onto Matsell Park Road and travel approximately 1.5 miles to the range.

From Marion, Iowa (Starting at junction between highway 13 & 151)
Travel east on  151 approximately 10 miles
Turn left on Quaker Lane and travel 1.5 miles. At the T, turn left onto Fairview Rd
Follow Fairview for 0.4 miles, then turn right onto Stoney City Rd for 1.6 miles
Turn right onto Matsell Park Rd and travel 1.7 miles to range.
