Safety Notice:

Rifles must be cased and left in vehicle until after the Safety Briefing. Do Not bring your firearms out until instructed to bring them to the firing line. No loaded firearms on the range unless on the firing line and load command has been given. Eye and ear protection required. No illegal firearms are allowed. Some ranges are .22 rimfire only. At ranges that allow centerfire no rifle cartridges over 8mm cal are allowed.

It is the responsibility of attendees to know and comply with all Michigan and Federal Firearms Laws.

Misc:

What: HBC, History Boot Camp- All of three strikes will be covered in depth.  Learn how to research, organize, and practice a for a history presentation. Dangerous old Man stories will be covered.

Who: Every Project Appleseed volunteer interested in improving their history knowledge and presentations should attend.

Where: 503 Dunewood, St. Joseph, MI  49085

When: 8:30 am - 5 pm for Saturday (1-day event only) July 13, 2019.  Set up Friday evening.  Text SteelThunder at 269-277-6194 for Friday evening arrivals.

Cost: NO range fees whatsoever.  Food will be determined at the event. Possibly takeout or bring what you want.  A stove and refrigerator are available for use. (no cooking utensils or pots or pans will be provided)

Attendees should bring what they have: A copy of Paul Revere's ride and other history books, any notes, note pad and most of all a 'teachable attitude'.

Accommodations:  There is plenty of room to stay on site.  Bring a cot/air mattress, sleeping bag, pillow, a comfy chair and toiletries including a towel.
