Both Centerfire and 22 Rimfire allowed at this range
*** An Appleseed KD is a long distance shoot and requires advanced skills. The targets may be anywhere from 100 to 400 yards depending on the Location. Only those that have previously attended an Appleseed should sign up.

Safety Notice:
Rifles must be cased and left in vehicle until after the Safety Briefing. Do Not bring your firearms out until instructed to bring them to the firing line. No loaded firearms on the range unless on the firing line and load command has been given. Eye and ear protection required. No illegal firearms are allowed. Some ranges are .22 rimfire only. At ranges that allow centerfire no rifle cartridges over 8mm cal are allowed.
Range Fee:
Non-members are $10 for a one-day event and $20 for a weekend event. Club members are exempt.

Directions from US-131:
Dorr Exit #68, and head West to Dorr on 142nd Avenue for 2.5 miles (4-way stop)
Continue West on 142nd Avenue for an additional 3.0 miles to 24th Street
Turn left (South) on 24th Street for 1.0 miles to 140th Avenue
Turn right (West) on 140th Avenue for 0.7 miles to the SKSC entrance on the left (South)

It is the responsibility of attendees to know and comply with all Michigan and Federal Firearms Laws.
Misc:
Both centerfire and rimfire allowed at this range. Participants should follow the Project Appleseed signs to the event.
No alcoholic beverages on the premises. No shooting down at the ground. Rifles must be pointed at berm when loading rounds.
Participants should bring their meals to the event, as there will be additional instruction during lunch.
