Safety Notice:
Rifles must be cased and left in vehicle until after the Safety Briefing. Do Not bring your firearms out until instructed to bring them to the firing line. No loaded firearms on the range unless on the firing line and load command has been given. Eye and ear protection required. No illegal firearms are allowed. Some ranges are .22 rimfire only. At ranges that allow centerfire no rifle cartridges over 8mm cal are allowed.

Hotels: There are four motels at the I-75 & SR64 (exit 220 coming from the North) Bradenton exit. The range is approx 30 miles east of the Interstate. Directions: From I-75 - Take exit 220 to SR 64 East. Follow SR 64 east for ~24 miles. Turn South onto Wauchula Rd. Follow Wauchula Rd South for ~ 4 miles. Turn West (right) onto Taylor Rd. Rocky Creek Ranch is located on the south side of the road. Signs will be posted directing traffic to guest lodge. From I-95 - Take exit 129 to SR 70 West. Follow SR 70 west for ~115 miles. Turn north onto Wauchula Rd. Follow Wauchula Rd North for ~6 miles. Turn west (left) onto Taylor Rd. Rocky Creek Ranch is located on the south side of the road. Signs will be posted directing traffic to guest lodge.

Misc: Rocky Creek Ranch is located adjacent to the Upper Myakka River, and features a diverse wildlife population and a natural beauty, representative of the best Florida has to offer. A 1,000 yard range is available for our use- Bring Your Center Fire Rifles! (.22lr okay too) NO Alcohol Permitted Attendees can select their level of comfort while staying at Rocky Creek Ranch, choosing from three levels of accommodation, 'rustic wilderness' campground, a 'roughing it' bunk house, or opt for all the comforts of home, including cable TV, wifi, billiards, a large fire place (and more!) in the guest lodge.
