Safety Notice:

Rifles must be cased and left in vehicle until after the Safety Briefing. Do Not bring your firearms out until instructed to bring them to the firing line. No loaded firearms on the range unless on the firing line and load command has been given. Eye and ear protection required. No illegal firearms are allowed. Some ranges are .22 rimfire only. At ranges that allow centerfire no rifle cartridges over 8mm cal are allowed.

No camping at the range, however camping is available close by in in the National Forest around Missoula and Bonner

Directions:

From east bound I-90 in Missoula, exit 107 and follow Hwy 200 through east Missoula.  Take a hard right (south) turn on Speedway Ave and then a left (east) onto Deer Creek rd.  Take the second right after the railroad crossing and an Instructor will meet you at the gate.

It is the responsibility of attendees to know and comply with all Montana and Federal Firearms Laws.

Misc:

Most shooting will take place at 25 meters with scaled down targets, so shooters may bring .22 cal rim fire rifles and/or their choice of center fire rifles.  Also feel free to inquire about loaner rifles and ammo availability for sale for youth and adult shooters.  For a list of things to bring:  http://appleseedinfo.org/smf/index.php?topic=101.0.   Make sure to bring your lunch as we will be having working lunch times!  Saturday only shooters are welcome too!
