Safety Notice:
Rifles must be cased and left in vehicle until after the Safety Briefing. Do Not bring your firearms out until instructed to bring them to the firing line. No loaded firearms on the range unless on the firing line and load command has been given. Eye and ear protection required. No illegal firearms are allowed. Some ranges are .22 rimfire only. At ranges that allow centerfire no rifle cartridges over 8mm cal are allowed.

Directions:
Take MD Rt 32 to MD Rt 170 South Telegraph Rd; After you cross MD Rt 175, Telegraph Rd will become Piney Orchard Pkwy; Follow Piney Orchard Pkwy for approx 2 mi and make a Right on Riverscape Rd; In approx 100 ft, make a Left onto Range Rd. Follow Range Rd to the access gate.

It is the responsibility of attendees to know and comply with all Maryland and Federal Firearms Laws.
Guns and ammo kept locked & separate. Transfer of magazines with over 10 round capacity is illegal, Check State Laws - Maryland is a very strict state.

This is a Known Distance Appleseed. Only previous attendees of an Appleseed should register as advanced skills are required.
Once we are allowed on base you will NOT be able to leave the facility until the event is over. Bring everything you need with you including lunch, etc.

There are no Range Fees for this event.
The Access Gate is on Range Rd, which intersects with Riverscape Rd in Odenton, MD. Participants MUST arrive at the Range Rd gate at 6.50AM. The Gate will be open briefly to allow us entry exactly at 7AM. If you arrive after 7AM, you will not be able to access the range! Under no circumstances should attendees attempt to enter ANY OTHER Ft Meade gate for this event. Doing so would likely result in arrest, prosecution or worse!
