New Location - EIP Info

The following information is need in order to create a new location on the database. Some of the info is optional and some is not.

 

Range Name:

Capacity: required - number of shooters

Dates: event dates - enter as Month XX-YY where XX is the start day and YY is the end day - such as April 19-20

Address: required - please give as complete an address as you can. EventBrite tries to do second guess and makes entry had with incomplete info.

Website: (optional)

Range Fee: is there a charge to attend at the range

Camping Available: (optional - if there is camping available please put contact info - I get a bunch of emails asking 'who can I contact to camp?' so that info is nice to have. Just putting contact johndoe on the forum doesn't cut it - give an email address or phone number - or both)

Hotels: (optional - if it's next to a major city I wouldn't even worry about it - but if you know an Appleseed friendly hotel put it down)

Directions: required - and give decent directions. If the range has a website give a link to a map. And double check the map given

GPS: (optional - but nice to have. Don't rely on somebody elses info - if you have been to the location double check things)

State Laws to be aware of: (optional - defaults to two major websites with info - however due to changing law some states might want to include extra info)

Misc: (optional - any extra info you want to include on the EIP page)

Contact Info: required - and please - give an email address/phone where people can easily get in touch with you
