Untill we can get Boot Camps and IBCs up and running in Utah we substitute a nearby location :Kemmerer Wyo, were having an IBC there May 30-31 and a Boot Camp concurently, I strongly suggest that if you are interested in leading the charge the IBC/ RBC method is the most comprehensive way to do it, and Kemmerer is the place,

Good luck folks. Risky is correct, if you want things to grow in your state step up and make things happen. Lots of good folks already on board in Utah. Get involved
