Another great shoot at L.E. Duncan's Rainbow Range.
Almost all shooters were at the range early and were enthusiastic and a huge help getting the range transitioned from a pistol range to  the Appleseed range.This is no small feat as there are 20 plus steel targets that need to be taken down and stored away, backers, mats and EZ-UP's to be put up. This shoot boss greatly appreciates this help!!!  The weather was great for Rainbow, we did have the usual winds and it did get warm both days. It was great having Kurt back at Rainbow for what might be his fare well to CA and Rainbow as he is moving to Huntsville, Al soon. We all appreciate his commitment to the Appleseed program and his passion presenting the history. Kurt also presented the Memorial Volley. To all of the students work on finding sitting positions that work for you.  Thank You All. Stormn/Norm T
A strong body makes the mind strong. As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun. While this gives moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise and independence to the mind. Games played with the ball, and others of that nature, are too violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind. Let your gun therefore be your constant companion of your walks.
