    Work continues on the new Range 3 for pistol events.

    The firing line concrete is scheduled for tomorrow. The overhead shelter is already in place, and the new parking area graveled.

    The error in range numbering is corrected so that the 500-yard range is back to being Range 1 - as it has been since pre-RWVA days, and the 25 meter range is back to Range 2 (ditto).

    Speaking of Range 2, it has now been extended to 256 feet wide, and a new PA system is in progress.

    Likewise, new safety barriers are in place and roadways are being regraveled, along with repainting and repairs to the class room.

    In addition, long-term planning is beginning on creating a new NC State Appleseed Center on the site.

    Lots of progress in the last few months! And greater progress in the coming years! O0

Excellent news!  I saw some photos of the work. It's great to see the improvements at our home range.
