OK folks, I have got in contact with the President of the Valley Isle Sport Shooters Club on the Island of Maui. They shoot at the Ukumehame Firing Range located at Honopiilani Highway, Lahaina, Maui, HI 96761. He told me that folks would be interested in an Appleseed, but he feels folks would not attend when having to pay a $70 fee for the weekend. We agreed to put the word out in our respective areas of influence and find out if there is any interest in having this event. The range is booked for the year and they put together their next schedule in the first week of December. That gives us almost 7 months to get the word out and see if there is enough interest to have an event in Maui. If you are interested and would pay the $70 per weekend fee, please post here. If you know anybody who lives in Maui that you think would be interested, contact them and if they are interested post here. Looking forward to hearing some responses. If we have the interest, it sounds like the club would love to have us!
