A lot of Americans celebrated Labor Day weekend by spending time with friends and family and maybe sharing a meal together. That's exactly what took place this last weekend at the fantastic Jonesboro Sports Shooting Center in northeast Arkansas, but we added in a lot of shooting and shared stories about the founding of this great nation. We had shooters of all skill levels from very experienced Riflemen to a whole family completely new to shooting.

If food makes the event, we had a great event! Our sole Arkansas Applecore coordinated lunch on both days of our shoot and we enjoyed pulled pork sandwiches on Saturday and pizza on Sunday. We also surprised her with cake on Sunday to celebrate her Birthday. Coming out to Appleseed on a three-day weekend and on your birthday . . . Huzzah!

Here's a group photo we took at the end of the first day. There are more photos to come.

Looks like a great event!  Hey, Captain - can you message me with some tips for how to get my event photos to render in neatly organized grid of thumbnails like you've done here?   O0
