Anyone have one to recommend? Most of the ones sold online specify not for AR15 use because they interfere with charging handle. I need one 1/2 at most. I called customer service and he recommend a Magpul but the ads all say not for use with AR adjustable stock.

Not just a riser, but FAB defense has several AR stocks with adjustable cheek risers.
Ordered one that was on-sale, but haven't had the chance to use it yet.

The magpul stocks have adapters to add comb height to the stocks if needed. I can also tell you from personal experience that they do not impede the ability to use the charging handle.  I could potentially see it if you were using it fully collapsed but thats about it
