Huzzah!! Patriots from three states, TN, AR, and FL joined forces to hone their instructing and storytelling skills.

Thanks to Rustygun for being our tour guide and local contact, to MSSA for hosting our event, to the local shoot bosses that got their IITs out, and to everyone that attended and helped out.

Huzzah to SavvySteve for taking an Orange hat on Sunday.

It was humbling to see the effort put forth by everyone involved.

Thanks to Cleveland and all the cadre of impressive instructors who made this a incredible learning experience for Orange Hats and Red Hats alike. The time monkey was nonexistent.

The facilities were great! I strongly recommend signing up for any future Appleseeds here. Even the closest Waffle House was superior to those farther away!

I loved the focused attention of the attendees in the small groups and the 3 minute DOM histories each person provided were amazing.

I eagerly look forward to returning.

This was a well-run IBC!

Thanks to Rusty Gun and MSSA for the hospitality!

Congratulations to SavvySteve on his orange hat.  You jumped right into the mix and did a great job instructing.

Finally, it was great to meet some new faces and catch up with old friends.

It was great to see all of the shining faces this weekend in Memphis! Seeing old friends and new ones alike is always a treat, especially when it comes to Appleseeders. Thank you to everyone who came out and spent their weekend in the pursuit of learning. We all learned a lot; and a few brand-new IIT-0s made the IBC their very first activity after earning their orange hat! (Don't worry, the smoke will stop pouring from your ears soon enough. You'll get it!)

The Memphis Shooting Sports Association gave us a nice indoor classroom to use, which was greatly appreciated. Heck, even the weather was great!

Without further ado, here are some photos from the event:

I was only able to make it on Saturday, but it was well worth my time.  To see how the program has evolved over the years is incredible.  The instruction was top notch.  Maybe the best part was to see some familiar faces and meet some new ones.  Huzzah!
Ignorance may be bliss, but it's not a virtue.

It was a beautiful weekend for Appleseed!

I'm thankful for all the instructors who came out to share their knowledge and experiences. I appreciate your patience while in small groups instructing practices.

Thanks to MSSA for hosting us at their wonderful facility.

Thank you NashvilleStage for capturing the moment with your awesome photography.

What a great event! Thanks to Cleveland for heading things up and thanks to RustyGun for taking care of the logistics in Memphis. It was so nice being hosted in such a fantastic facility at the MSSA.

Highlight - the incredible history on Sunday! What a surprise!

As many have said, I was great seeing old friends and great making new ones. A special thanks to RustyGun and the Beast for offering this event to border raiders. It was a great event. We saw greatness from the newest IIT to the most experienced instructors.
I learned a lot at the event about better ways to present blocks of instruction. These events are not just about refining our skills as instructors but the ability to see it presented by much more experienced instructors is priceless

Had a great time learning the ins and outs of making an event go well for the attendees. I also VERY quickly identified my knowledge deficiencies in the material (hint: MOST of it).  Looking forward to applying what I learned at the upcoming events in Jonesboro, AR and Memphis.

Thanks for all the organizing and effort to make the weekend so beneficial. I had a great time hanging out with the familiar faces from the AR Cadre as well as meeting new faces from across the River.

See you all again soon!

This event was so hard, yet fun and challenging. It gave me so much awareness on what I need to work on . Thanks for all involved. I loved being with my Arkansas cadre, loved seeing a couple of the Tennessee group I'd previously met, and enjoyed getting to know new folks.

Rustygun

What a great event! Big thanks to everyone who made the trek to Memphis to put the IBC on. Fantastic job! I learned quite a bit as I am sure everyone did who participated. I feel much more prepared going into the Appleseed season after attending. It was great to see the AR crew again and meet the new members from across the River and the Menace out of FL. What an added bonus that Steve stepped up and took an Orange Hat! Huzzah!

This event really exceeded my expectations in every way. Hopefully it will became an annual event

Black Knight

Congratulations to SaavySteve for accepting an Orange hat!  Great reporting and photography by Nashville Stage.  I learned quite a bit from just the pictures.  Sounds overall like a great event.  A big welcome to the AR cadre attending.
