Relatively temperate weather for January but it did rain on Sunday (boy did it ever!!!!!!).  A great shoot at a great facility, many thanks to the good folks at C-2 Shooting Center for hosting us.  We had 2 new Riflemen and 2 repeaters and Virginia has a husband and wife pair of IIT0s.  We started with 27 shooters on Saturday and although we managed only one AQT still had 2 Riflemen for our day.  Congratulations to Will our new Rifleman for Saturday and to Brian for repeating (again).  Sunday's rain dampened many folks spirits and equipment leaving us with only a handful of stout souls at the end but the day was still successful.  Acknowledging their efforts with a reading of the Thomas Paine quote of the "Summer Soldier" was our own Dangerous Cook.  Sunday's outcome was extra special: Danielle repeated her previous Rifleman scores and her husband Jessie made Rifleman as well.  To top off an already great day both accepted the orange hat of the Instructor in Training!  Huzzah to Danielle and Jessie.  Huzzah!  Huzzah!
Instructor corps for the event included: JL, BD, Dangerous Cook, AMHLDO, Oddsreven, and the shootboss was The Wolfhound

C2 is a great place to do what we do, just too bad the weather was a washout on Sunday.  Big congrats to Monkey and Missus Monkey, welcome to the team.
