Anybody have any experience with these?

I'm looking to upgrade from the plastic-fantastic stock she came with, and $100 for a boyds seems tough to beat.

Tennessee Beast

I have one in 10/22.  Lightweight, but tough!

The Spike Camp is basically the AT-One without the adjustments.  I've got one on a modified 10/22 and it's a comfortable, solid piece of gear.

Oooo. V nice. How do you find the comb height? I can fab a cheek riser if needed, but I'd rather not have to.

For me, the comb height is just about perfect with the scope.  It's a bit too tall to use the OEM peep sight (It's a T/C R22 receiver).  As always, your experiences may vary  ;D

That comb is a lot higher than the OEM stock and is designed for use with a scope. I'd stick to a scope that takes medium or low rings to get an optimal cheek weld.

Greetings All,
I run this stock on my personal 10/22(gets loaned out alot, lots of folks have qualified Rifleman and Riflewoman on this rig).  :snipersmi
Comb is just righr with 1" weaver medium high rings, oh and I do run an 3"extended picatinny rail(didn't know I had a long neck until I got into Appleseed...).
Also I appreciate that it has a thumb rest on the right side and forward of the thumb hole(this is where I rest my thumb).

Happy Appleseeding Trails with your new stock,

Jerry :F

I have this on my Marlin 795.  I love it.  The comb is the perfect height for the Tasco 3x9-32 scope I have on it.  The contour of the fore end sits nicely in my support hand without feeling like it wants to roll.  I have slightly large hands, but not massive, and the grip suits me just fine.  Smaller hands may not find it as comfortable.

I would gladly mount that stock on just about any rifle I own.
