Quarryville A/S cadre hosted a weekend event on 10/3-10/4, at Southern Lancaster County Farmers-Sportsmen Association. 20 were originally scheduled, and 14 liberty-minded souls attended. The weather, while chilly and misty early in the morning, became sunny and warm as the morning wore on. It was truly good rifle-shooting weather!
The cadre, as always, did a superlative job teaching the steady hold factors for all positions, the 6 steps to firing the shot, NPOA, how to read targets, how to care for equipment, and all the other things associated with attending an APPLESEED and trying for both the RIFLEMAN and PA FIRST RIFLE REGT. patches.
JamesT, as well as wickedworx gave a thrilling telling of the events surrounding April 19, 1775.
At the conclusion of the event, students and instructors alike went home with newfound knowledge, and appreciation of the efforts and sacrifices of our founders, whether they were great politicians, or great individual soldiers and militia men.

Aaron Boin with the coveted PA 1st. regiment of rifles patch--DOMARI NOLO!!!

Larry price, Jr., with his rifleman patch and qualifying target.
Excellent job, Larry!!
I watched your progress from saturday morning until you earned the patch on sunday. NPOA was the key, as well as those 6 steps. Follow the steady hold factors, NPOA, and the 6 steps, and you can take any shot you want with confidence of a first round "hit"!

The cadre and students. This would be approved by our founders, FOR SURE!
Well done, everyone!
Thanks for being such a great group of students!
