While I understand the many folks will be back on the road after the events of Lobby Day.  I have gotten the approval of a local restaurant for a gathering (and lunch for me at least).  With the official Lobby Day functions wrapping up at noon, I believe we could gather at Mission BBQ, 5440 Glenside Drive, Henrico, Va. 23228 beginning around or shortly after 1PM and having some fellowship.  While a few miles from the Capitol, it has easy access to the Interstate system and is one block from I-64.  I highly endorse the food and the folks there.  Come enjoy.
