May is Stop The Bleed Month

You may have seen in Instructor Corps that May is National Stop the Bleed month.  That means the Stop The Bleed class is free in May.  I'm personally taking the May 23'rd class in Tempe below.  Feel free to join.

I encourage all of you to attend, while safety is paramount we should all be equipped for the worst case scenario.  A trauma kit is not = to the standard over the counter first aid kit.  Getting one and knowing how to use it is what you will get out of this class. 

It's my humble opinion that every instructor should have one / take this class. I'd like to see students take it too.

Thanks for posting this.  It is nationwide, folks.  Take advantage of the opportunity.  Programs like this measure their success with "fannies in the seats"  We can help this useful program spread by enhancing our skills and being better prepared to save a life.  We are signing up for this locally.
