USCCA and NRA Carry Guard are no longer LEGAL in Washington!

Here is the link to the official page within the Washington State Gov. The USCCA that is promoted by Appleseed, was apparently covering some individuals, even when their actions were clearly illegal, and even when they plead guilty to charges.

The Washington State Firearms Coalition posted about this on Sunday.

I know this treads close to the "No Politics" here, however, ‘tis is meant as more of a "heads up" for our instructors who bought an insurance plan through USCCA.

Your policy has been placed on hold.... Call them. I had a friend who was trying to update his info and THAT'S how he found out! Apparently most of this started last month, and we are just hearing about this now. They have until Feb 14 to cancel all policies, cease and desist, or request a court hearing.
