Thanks for your motivation and staying on top of this!

This is not an Appleseed event, this is more like having an Appleseed booth at another event, except with a 25m bay and the ability to offer a limited shooting experience to introduce attendees to Appleseed.

Since it is a CFRPC event, use the event page to volunteer:
https://ladiesdayvolunteers.ivolunteer.com/ld2019

You'll find Appleseed down the page, click the "Volunteer" button to enter your info and register.  This lets the event staff know to expect you, and lets you enter your lunch preferences as the event provides lunch and water/soft drinks to volunteers.  You can also see who's signed up as event volunteers.

It's been a nice event for the ~5 or so years that Appleseed has been participating.  Just as something to know, there are also some nice random prize drawings for the volunteers.
